Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of this website and of the Mega Shell platform services described on it. By using this website or the platform services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What these Terms cover

Mega Shell is shared application infrastructure. It provides identity, security, configuration, integration, communications, and operational services to applications operated on the platform.

These are website and platform terms. They are not an agreement for any particular application. Your use of an application that runs on Mega Shell is governed by whatever agreement you have with that application's operator, and that agreement — not this one — determines your rights in relation to the application, its content, and your data within it. Where the two address the same subject, the agreement with the application operator governs your use of that application.

This website does not offer accounts, registration, or any service you can purchase or subscribe to.

Permitted use

You may access and read this website for lawful, informational purposes, and you may link to it. You may use the Mega Shell platform services only through an application you are authorized to use and only within the permissions granted to your account.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • access any account, tenant, or data you are not authorized to access;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or to circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate-limiting controls;
  • interfere with or disrupt the platform, or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use credentials that are not your own;
  • copy, scrape, or reuse the content of this website in a way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by Mega Shell;
  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

Accounts and authentication

Where you hold an account reached through Mega Shell, you are responsible for the security of the credentials and devices used to access it, and for activity carried out under it. Suspected compromise of an account should be reported promptly to the operator of the application concerned, or to the contact address below.

Third-party services and identity providers

Signing in may involve a third-party identity provider such as Google. Those providers are independent of Mega Shell and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Mega Shell is not responsible for their services, their availability, or their handling of your information. Any links from this website to third-party sites are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

The Mega Shell name, logo, wordmark, brand assets, and the content and design of this website are owned by Mega Shell and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the Mega Shell name or marks, except that you may refer to Mega Shell factually and accurately. Marks belonging to other organizations remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability

This website and the platform services are provided as they are available. They may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time, including for maintenance, and no particular level of availability is promised by these Terms. Any availability commitment that exists is a matter for the agreement between an application operator and its users.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and the platform services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Mega Shell does not warrant that this website or the platform services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on this website is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mega Shell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the platform services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not Mega Shell has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website and the platform change. The revised Terms will be posted at this address with an updated date, and they apply from the date they are posted. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Mega Shell regarding this website and the public platform services described on it, and they supersede any prior understanding on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
